Mission Headquarters Self Defense Program


Introductory Self Defense Classes

Do Good Sports Club has teamed up with Mission Headquarters to provide introductory self defense classes to help participants understand techniques to defend themselves. Each class is organized based on common age and gender, we provide classes for ALL genders and ages. Classes are held at Mission Headquarters, 2412 Clement Avenue, Alameda, CA 94501, for an 1 - 1.5 hours.

In addition All Good Living Foundation, Do Good Sports Club and Mission HQ have started working with high schools and community organizations to offer introductory self-defense demonstrations and/or classes at their respective schools or venues. Classes have been held at Campolindo High School and Orinda Community Center. If your organization or school would be interested in hosting a self-defense class, click here to submit a request form.

Introductory Self Defense Seminar

An Introductory Self Defense Seminar developed by Mission HQ includes a presentation and the instruction of various techniques and methods for self defense.This seminar is an overview of the free Introductory Self Defense class, but will delve much deeper into techniques. Participants will learn more ways to keep themselves safe. 
 
The Introductory Self Defense seminar is open to youth, and parents are encouraged to attend, although not mandatory. Participants are not required to have attended any of the free Introductory Self Defense classes previously offered.
