Are you ready to sprint, dodge, and score? Alameda Lacrosse is thrilled to invite all NEA's 4th & 5th grade students to our FREE Lacrosse Clinic! Join us at the NEA Community Learning Center this Friday, 5/10, from 9:10 am to 10:10 am, during your PE hour for an action-packed introduction to one of the fastest-growing sports in the country.

Whether you're new to the game or looking to refine your skills, our clinic is designed to offer a fun and engaging experience that highlights the spirit of lacrosse. Our experienced coaches are passionate about the game and eager to share their knowledge with you.

At our clinic, you'll learn the basics of lacrosse, including how to cradle, pass, catch, and shoot the ball. You'll also get a taste of the teamwork and strategy that make lacrosse such an exciting sport to play and watch.
